Chances are TikTok has editing ways to make rainbows appear. This one, though, surprised me the old fashioned way. :)

SOCIAL MEDIA:

Instagram holds many seasons of my creative contemplation. It continues to be a place I share fresh paint & ink, and I'd be delighted to meet you there!

Image 1 shows my eight most popular Instagram images of 2025. It’s no surprise that four of them are from my Tree of Life painting. ❤️ I then took my own stroll through 2025’s art images and gathered eight moments that shifted something in me. “It’s so rare to find ourselves trusting—not in the systems or -isms of this world—but standing at a place where we offer our bit of salt, leaven, and light. Even then, we have no security that we’re really right. This means that we have to stand in… a place… where we are comfortable knowing that we do not know very much at all.” -Richard Rohr “What I am suggesting is that we come out of our castles of privilege and rejoin reality. Reality is a system of give and take, not just take—that makes it possible for the life of the whole to thrive and evolve. Remembering that we are connected to a larger story, even if we don’t totally understand it, is a radical act of trust and surrender.” —Victoria Loorz, Church of the Wild, p. 157 “With abundant gratitude and openness, “[F]or a great spiritual truth to be true, it needs to be seen echoing through the physical, creative world.” —Victoria Loorz, Church of the Wild, p. 159 “Wild spirituality invites us to expand the context of communion to include the wider sense of sacrifice that keeps the whole cosmic community alive.” —Victoria Loorz, Church of the Wild, p. 155 “Love… is a response to the gift of life that begins with and then expands beyond the particular.” —Victoria Loorz, Church of the Wild, p. 141 “Without agenda or doing. Just being. Once I surrender, the contemplative presence is much easier and more natural than the meditation and prayer practices I struggled to get right throughout my life. I can feel my shoulders release, and I take a long breath, allowing the grace of this moment to sink in.” —Victoria Loorz, Church of the Wild, p. 135 “Relationship is where the holy dwells.” —Victoria Loorz, Church of the Wild, p. 128
