I enjoyed participating in the Sacred Geometry class last week with Faculty Bonnie Klatt.

I read a Daily Good article this morning featuring an interview with Bronnie Ware, the author of The Top Five Regrets of the Dying. I’ll paraphrase them in their wish form: to live true to yourself, to work less, to express your feelings, to stay in touch with friends, and to let yourself be happy. Next, the interview turned to her book, Bloom: A Tale of Courage, Surrender, and Breaking Through Upper Limits. I found it intriguing that the journal page I had turned to, the other side of a page done three years ago, was a visual opening for me to understand the article. There is something more here, I can sense it. #vondadreesart
