Yesterday I scheduled my posts for the next three weeks, and I came to realize that without using FB memories, I don’t have easy access to my images from 2014 and 2020. I’ve scheduled the posts to release at 9am CT, so on those days I have cell coverage, I plan to add the images if they exist.
It’s my hope to do lots of reading and watercolor journaling over the next three weeks. Jim and I will also have a week with our three children and their significant others.

One of the things that Emily said that has stuck with me all these years is this: “The only thing I’ve figured out is just to refuse to look away.”
Note: If the images are being cropped in your email, you can click on the “July 24” above to see them more completely. If you’re moved to listen to Emily’s 14-minute message, it is found at the 2:24:00 mark in this video.

Happy 28th Anniversary to my sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Jane and Greg!

“Seven Years of Wonder” is a daily look back at my creative journaling posts since 2014. I began this journey on Feb. 11, 2021, and hope to continue through Feb. 10, 2022. What am I learning about my art and faith journey thus far? What has remained constant? Where have I been changed? How is this impacting present and future art-making?
A deep bow of gratitude to you for keeping me company on this journey.
