Rumi, Rich and Liz… Could they be weaving a new little song and dance together the moment that possibility tickles the ivories of my imagination?

Lupines bear witness—
years of coming and going—

A parallel tale,
found within the Great Story,
holds our blooming, too.

Weave us ‘round and ‘round.
Crown our feet with compassion.
Love, be our passage.

“The heart is the light of the word
and the soul its brilliance.
One sets the beat for the other to dance.”

“Inner opening…of the heart…is a posture of strength. This is the way to new life, to offer oneself in an act of heart opening, of vulnerability, of love.” —Gena Davis, YogaMass: Embodying Christ Consciousness

Heart and soul, I fell in love with you… One of my favorite things that Guild Founder Liz has shared with me is about the foolish nature of her and Rich’s dream to begin the Grünewald Guild.

“[I]n the space between despair and what might be, the smallest of comforts carry the import of the miraculous.” ~Jacob Davis, Keep Watch with Me Lenten Reader

Pondering the anticipation in the Creative Source that invites and awaits our participation in a song never sung before

“I visited a congregation whose new carpet for the narthex had been delayed. So they wrote their favorite Bible verses all over the concrete! … Imagine that entry when it is complete! All who enter to declare God’s praise will do so walking in the age-old, everlasting, ‘I am about to do a new thing’ promises of God.” ~The Rev. Robin Brown, ELCA World Hunger and Disaster Appeals
